Reservation Policy

All classes must be reserved 24 hours before the class. If it is under the 24 hours period please call before signing up for the class to find out if we are able to add you.

*Payments are non-refundable within two weeks of the scheduled event/class/party.

Cancellations between 14 days and 24 hours of the event/class/party will result in studio credit (minus $5 if any class prep was completed at the time of the cancellation) that MUST be picked up within 60 days or it will be forfeited.

Any items included with an event reservation MUST be painted or picked up within 7 days or they will be forfeited.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for any class you will not be able to participate in the class and will receive studio credit (minus $5 for preparations completed for your spot.)

Failure to notify the studio of a cancellation a minimum of 24 hours before the class/party will result in a forfeiture of your payment and you will not receive a refund of any kind.
