A max of 25 people per party are allowed during weekends, this includes painters and guests!
If you are a group larger than 25 with no food and all guests will be painting we can accommodate you, but encourage that you give us 3 weeks notice so we can schedule extra staff to assist with your party.
Give us a call or stop by to see if the date and time you're looking for is available. There is a $50 minimum, this will be paid in the form of a deposit to hold your time and date and will be applied to your balance at the end of your party. Our parties last 2 hours. Our first party opening starts half hour after we open and our last party start time is 2 1/2 hours before we close. This gives us a half hour to get you set up for your party and a half hour to get cleaned up before we close. We also place 30 minutes in between parties so they will never over lap.

We can do this however you like! We can order the same item for your group (Due to supply issues we ask that you give us 4 weeks to order items with backup options in case the items you want are out of stock. Payment up front for ordered items may be required). You can set a price limit and let people choose their own items (this is our most popular option). Or you can pick an item for your Special Guest and have another option for everyone else!
For glazes you can pick a primary or pastel palette which will be set out and ready when you get here (this works great for smaller children). Or you can always choose Pick Your Own and let every grab their own colors.
You are welcome to come in up to 15 minutes early to do any decorating. We will have table paper, water, brushes and towels or sponges set out. We will also set out items and/or glazes if they are picked ahead of time. So if you want to bring a special table cloth or other table decorations just let us know and we'll hold off on setting up until you get here. You will have 2 hours to party how you want!
(We do not allow items to be hung on our walls.)
Food and drinks are always welcome in the studio! We do not have a public freezer/refrigerator but you are welcome to bring a cooler to store your ice cream or other treats! We do recommend painting first and then eating so we're not mixing foodie fingers with bare pottery.
*No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the studio at this time.

We will take care of ALL of your cleanup! Just let the staff know your ready and we'll ring you out. The party host will be in charge of picking up the entire party and distributing items.

During the week we allow you to pick any time during business hours that fits your needs. On weekends we have set times to choose from. Please call or stop by to find out our open time slots.
Schools and businesses if you have a large group during the week we will open at 10am for you to start your field trip or partry.

*$50 reservation fee is non-refundable within two weeks of the scheduled party.
Cancellations between 14 days and 24 hours of the party will result in studio credit that MUST be picked up within 60 days or it will be forfeited.
Any items pre-purchased MUST be painted or picked up within 7 days or they will be forfeited.
If you are late for your party start time we cannot guarantee that the space will be available to extend your end time. Availability will depend on parties scheduled after your time ends and how busy the studio is.
Failure to notify the studio of a cancellation a minimum of 24 hours before the class/party will result in a forfeiture of your payment and you will not receive a refund of any kind.
