If you have already confirmed your party date & time you can scroll down to pay your deposit. 


If you need to find out if a date & time is available please call (304-253-8777) or stop by the studio during open hours to confirm. 


  • Deposit: A $50 (+ tax) deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The $50 will be applied to your final balance at the end of the party.

  •  Guest Limit: A maximum of 25 participants is allowed for weekend parties, including both painters and guests. There is a fee of $10 per person over the 25 limit.
  • Larger Groups: If your group exceeds 25 and all guests will be painting we can accommodate you. We recommend providing us with at least three weeks’ notice so we can arrange additional staff for your event.
  • Duration: Parties last for two hours. We have set times to choose from. Please call to confirm your preferred date/time is available. We also ensure a 30-minute buffer between parties to avoid overlaps. Parties must be done and ready for staff to clean up at your end time to ensure we can set up for the next party to come in.

Customizing Your Party Experience

 We’re happy to tailor your pottery party to fit your needs! Here are some options:

  • Group Orders: We can order the same item for your group. Please provide us with four weeks’ notice, along with backup options in case your preferred items are out of stock. Note that payment in advance may be required for ordered items.
  • Price Limit Option: You can set a price limit and allow guests to choose their own items, which is our most popular choice.
  • Special Guest Selection: Choose a specific item for your Special Guest, while offering different option(s) for everyone else.
  • Glaze Options: For glazes, you can select a primary or pastel palette, which will be prepared and ready for you upon arrival (this is especially great for younger children). Alternatively, you can opt for the "Pick Your Own" option, allowing everyone to select their own colors.

Feel free to mix and match these options to create the perfect party experience!

Customizing Your Party Experience

 You’re welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early for decorating! We’ll have water, brushes, and towels or sponges ready for you. If you’ve selected specific items or glazes in advance, we’ll also have those set out.

If you’d like to bring a special tablecloth or other decorations, please let us know, and we’ll wait to set up until you arrive. You’ll have a full 2 hours to enjoy your party however you wish!

Food and Drinks

During the Party

 Food and drinks are always welcome in the studio! While we don’t have a public freezer or refrigerator, you’re welcome to bring a cooler to store ice cream or other treats. We recommend painting first and then enjoying your food to avoid mixing foodie fingers with unglazed pottery.


Please note: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the studio at this time.

 We’ll handle all the cleanup for you! Just let our staff know when you’re ready, and we’ll assist you with the checkout process. We recommend the party host pick-up the entire party and distribute to the guest, however guests can pick-up their individual items up to 60 days past the party date. After 60 days we'll contact the party host to pick-up any leftover items.

 During the week, you’re welcome to choose any time during our business hours that best fits your schedule. On weekends, we have set time slots available. Please call or visit us to find out about our open times.

For schools and businesses planning large group events during the week, we can accommodate your field trip or party starting at 10 AM as long as you have a minimum of 20 painters.

Items we do not allow

No piñatas, bouncy balls, or noise makers.  Please refrain from bringing additional items to add to your pottery, such as glitter or confetti. Pottery that includes non studio provided items/paint will not be fired. and no refund will be given. 

Hanging items on our walls is not permitted. If you wish to display banners or decorations, please keep them free from direct contact with the walls. You will be responsible for any repairs if damage occurs.

REFUND POLICY

 

 *$50 reservation fee is non-refundable within two weeks of the scheduled party.

Cancellations between 14 days and 24 hours of the party will result in studio credit that MUST be picked up within 60 days or it will be forfeited. 

Any items pre-purchased MUST be painted or picked up within 7 days or they will be forfeited. 

If you are late for your party start time we cannot guarantee that the space will be available to extend your end time. Availability will depend on parties scheduled after your time ends and how busy the studio is. 

Failure to notify the studio of a cancellation a minimum of 24 hours before the class/party will result in a forfeiture of your payment and you will not receive a refund of any kind.

About The Party Section

Party Area

Our Party area is made up of three 6 seater tables that measure 5'x2.5' or 60"x30", one 4 seater that measures 3.5'x2.5' or 42"x30" and if you have the full 25 person booked there will be an additional 2 seater 2'x2.5' or 24"x30". When you book the full 25 the tables will be arranged into a straight line measuring 20.5'x2.' or 244"x30". There are separator shelves are in three sections the two on the ends are 7.3'x1.3' or 88"x15.5" and the middle is 4.8' x 1.3' or 58"x15.5".
